Best Overall: The Munchkin Fishin' set introduces a goal-oriented activity into bath time that works from about 18 months onward. Five magnetized fish float and can be 'caught' with a magnetic fishing rod — simple enough for toddler coordination, engaging enough to extend willingness to stay in the tub.
